GJ Hagenaars has over 20 years of experience in the high-tech sector. Mr. Hagenaars is responsible for setting the vision and strategic direction of the company, and ensuring long term growth.

Having worked his way up from UNIX System Administrator (JDS Fitel), Operations Manager for a nationwide ISP (iSTAR Internet) and IT Director for a medium sized company (LINMOR Technologies), managing a million dollar budget, then expanding his skill set with Sales and Marketing (Sesame Networks), he founded Candidus Solutions to show how light can be brought in the often dark world of Information Technology, and how honest and straightforward behaviour can bring that about. (Both 'candle' and 'candid' are derived from the latin word Candidus.)

An active member in BNI (lunch connexion chapter), he takes a personal interest in forging those business partnerships that provide the best value to Candidus' customers.

GJ holds a M.Sc. Mathematics from the TUE, University in Eindhoven in the Netherlands, and he has taught several computer courses at Algonquin College in Ottawa.

Lee has over 12 years of experience in the IT sector, and has been successful in providing IT solutions to the SMB market in Ottawa and Toronto. Mr. Dunsmoor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, from service delivery to customer care; ensuring that customers' needs are met.

Prior to starting Candidus Solutions, he worked as a UNIX, Windows and mainframe Systems Administrator for Loblaws Companies and as Systems and Network Analyst with Linmor Technolgies, after which he became VP of Operations at Loew Systems for three years, where he later took over as President and tripled the size of the company in six months.

Mr. Dunsmoor founded Candidus Solutions to pursue his vision of simplifying life for the small to medium business owner. He is the driving force behind two new service offerings that will be launched in the fall.
